Bottle. Nose is overpoweringly burgundy barrel, with some grassy saison notes and a little lemon. Taste is a heavy burgundy barrel character then lots of the London sour giving lemon and a light dryness. A little lime in the body but I couldn’t find the saison anywhere. Pleasant but a bit of a mess

Draught@CBC2015. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. ARoma is fruity, floral, some mild tart wooden notes as well as a slight touch of vanilla and actually mild boozy notes. Flavour is very similar in a quite bold, but refreshing way.

CBC. Hazy yellow with tiny white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, yeast, wine and brett. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, wine, brett, lemon, medium sweet, little dry and a little bitter.

Tap@CBC 2015, Green Session - pours golden with tiny white head. Sour lemon fruity aroma and taste, some lime, acidic, yeasty, grapes, wooden notes, straw, hay, light floral hoppy, tart on the palate, dry light tart finish.

Keg at the hanging bat, as barrel 23. Pours hazy pale golden, nose is oak, toffee, yeasty, taste is funky, woody, tart finish.

Keg at the hanging bat as Barrel 24. Pours hazy gold with no head. Aromas of sour lemon, yeast, light red grape. Taste is more of the same. Light sour, dry finish.

Bottle from Brew Bristol. Pale gold in colour, with a small, white, head and moderate carbonation. Tart, lemon and floral hop aroma. Flavour had more sharp citrus fruit, a touch of wheaty grains and a sour finish. Refreshing.
