[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 4th session. Cloudy pale yellow. Nice funky woody and fruity aroma, a bit spicy. Sourish flavor, woody, fruity. Medium-bodied. very nice.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Green Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As The Kernel Bière De Saison (Burgundy Barrel Aged) ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, wine - grapes, fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity tart, citric - grapes, yeast - spicy yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. At the Alvinne Craft Beer Festival in Vichte-Belgium, with markoijelena. Draught. Pours yellow pale, hazy with a minimal gassy white head. Nose: sour notes forward, spices, citrus. Mouth: dry, spices, citrus.
