Sampled draft @ brewpub. Dry-hopped with Styrium & brewed with wild yeast according to the description. Appearance is hazy apricot orange, small white layer. Nose is oddly sweet after reading the description, kitchen spices, very sweet tea & lots of soap. Taste is odd soapy very sugary sweet apples, stone fruit, sugar, soap, thick sweet white bread, nothing wild or sour here, caramel extract,… Odd extract-like body. Best one of the 3 beers that I tried but that might be just due to more malts & higher ABV. This is like someone’s first homebrew to put it harshly.
