Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, deep red color. Aroma is fresh sour-ish fruity, sour raspberry candy, berry skin, raspberry syrup, grass, fruit stones, red currants, mild vinegar, oak. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, mild vinegar, sorrel, sour raspberries, oak, berry skin, bark, grass, red currants. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Nice.
