Bottle @ home. A touch hazy, mostly clear, light yellow appearance with a small white head. Dry, light apple, slightly sweet, mild vinous aroma. Somewhat sweet, light red apple, slightly tangy, pear flavor with a dry, slightly vinous finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours very clear with only the faintest hint of yellow color and a faint, fizzy white head. Sweet apple aroma. Flavor is sweet, too sweet, in fact, for my liking. A bit sugary. Some apple but none of the crisp tartness I like in a cider. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Pours very pale yellow, almost colorless, with thin white head. Aroma of tart apples. Tart, sour apple flavor with a champagne-like taste to it. Slightly sweet and dry. Light body with effevescent carbonation. Different than most ciders I have tried but tasty.

500 ml bottle, ABV is 7%. Crystal clear and extremely pale yellow colour, pours very fizzy with a big but short-lived head. Moderate carbonation in the glass. Moderate aroma of apples and vegetables, hints of sulphur. The flavour is crisp and dry, hints of oak and sulphur. Okay.
