Pilsner with a golden yellow color and an abundant foam hat. On the nose it is characterized by intense citrus and herbaceous hints, the result of the use in the production phase of the best European hop varieties. Citrus notes dominate the palate too, making this Pils definitely drinkable and very refreshing.

Small snowwhite head over cold-hazed light golden beer. Spicy, bit dusty pale malts. Very dry nutty flavour, dried herbs & spices. Falling away in time but not ending empty. Bittery hoppy finish, EU hops. Light body, light carbonation, bit gristslick. Quite decent Pilsener. However, I still cannot place the 'Italian' reference. Unless chauvinism, as it would fit perfectly into German Pilsener category.

Cloudy yellow with a full white head. Aroma of grainy hop. Flavour is full bitter citrus, lemon on a sharp base, lingering finish. Good kick to it.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, grass, dusty, grain, dusty grass, sweet malt, pale malt, dry. 330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Grassy hoppy, slightly spicy yeasty, fruity and grainy aroma, hints of unripe apricot, mirabelle, protein. Taste is pale malty and slightly bitter hoppy, fruity, hints of unripe apricot, mirabelle, a touch of protein and husk; lively carbonation. Nice, unfiltrated Pilsener, sadly quite overcarbonated.
