Bottle: Poured a golden to clear hazy blonde, with thick white head. The aroma was citrus. The taste was very sour and acidic, but finished with a burnt or roasted malt flavor.

Poured a clear, watery yellow from the bomber with a fizzy, frothy white head. Wheaty, yeasty aroma but not very inviting. When the beer was ice cold, the flavor was very refreshing, wheaty and slightly citrus. The moment the beer began to warm up, the yeasty flavor started to overtake the other flavors until all you were left with was a flat, yeasty, watery mix. Not very appetizing once the temperature started to drop.

Cloudy gold pour with massive, foamy head that fades rather quickly - very spicy aroma, with some lavender and lemongrass hiding out in the back - tart and sweet in nice balance - an almost white wine-like character - bracing spices up front, followed by light wheat malt and citrus - abrupt, crisp finish, ending with a medium-dry lemon flavor - a well-balanced wit.

Best before 06 2007. Pours with a slight haze into a tumbler. Huge, fluffy white micro head does not recede. Bright lemon yeast aromas. Fizzy with tart lemon front to back. Rather abrupt finish.

Gusher. Hazy blonde with an extra thick white head.. Wonderful aroma of yest, coriander, orange peels, and dandelions. Funky. In mouth, a sweetish banana malt, with light crisp hops, fruity mangos, oranges. Creamy mouthfeel, rich bodied and spicey. Thanks Cappy!

Bottle. Pale yellow beer with a strong white head. The aroma is fermented and slightly spiced and the flavour is warm fermented fruits with a mildly citric edge. Overall a reasonable beer.

Bottle. Lemon, sour milk and wheat aroma. Medium yellow color - cloudy with nice head. The slightest hint of sweetness at first followed by a strong sour lemon and wheat malt flavor - lemon flavor lasts for a long time after swallowing. Excellent dry witbier.

Has a slightly hazy pale yellow colour. Very spicy aroma with hints of lime, white pepper, coriander and garam masala. Slightly acidic, fairly light body. Restrained hop and yeast allow the spice to show through, despite not being especially assertive itself. Dissapointingly weak.
