This is a very good witbier. Aroma has yeast and coriander. This is a light gold, and very opaque beer. There is still a head even though the 750 bottle has been open for two hours. No sediment. Maybe the most sour wit I have had, with lots of orange and lemon in the flavor as well as medium-sweet malt. Fizzy and a little thick compared to others of the style. A winner.

Bottled (BB 09/2007)
Hazy pale yellow, small steady white head. Yeasty, a bit sour, spicey aroma - some coriander is present. Medium-bodied, a bit sweet wheaty witbier and quite spicey (pepper and coriander). Refreshing, basic witbier.

Bottled. A bit hazy yellow colour, big white head. Fruity, a bit spicy aroma. Acidic citrus and dishwater in flavour. Also very earthy. Not too pleasant flavour, but otherwise good.

Bottled. Pale yellow with firm, rich head. Citric lemon aroma. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Some sweet malt shines through the lemon juice, but it leaves me unimpressed.

(Bottle 75 cl) 5% ABV. Interesting and rather unusual "Biere Blanche" which doesn’t really follow the usual path for it’s style. More dry with less touches of coriander and orange peel. But very yeasty and wheaty. Not bad. 300799

Bottle. Aroma tea-like, fruity and acidic. Yellow/golden colour with unstable white head. Vinegary and citric acidity with a little fruitiness and some creamy flavour. Carbonation is plenty and refreshing. Goes down quite well.

Crystal clear golden coloured body with a nice sized off-white head. Great aroma of hay, bananas, wheat, coriander seed and bubble gum. Super Light-bodied; Tart hay flavour with almost nothing else but grass-no malt at all! Aftertaste clean with some light hops and sweet flavours-hardly anything else. Overall, an odd beer, but great to try! I wish something else were there, but it is a bit weak. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased at RFD in Washington, D.C. on 23-August-2004.

This brew pours a lightly hazy dark yellow color with a medium thin white head. Thin and quick lacing. The aroma is fruity, with some yeast and spice. Light-bodied and highly vinous (Chardonnay), with yeast, clove and tart apple. The finish is fairly carbonated and dry, with a tart fruit flavor. Overall not really what I expected for a Wit, but it is a nice enough beer.

Bottle: Poured a quite clear golden beer with a huge thick foamy head with good retention. Aroma was midly sweet probably from orange peels that were added to this beer. Taste was quite refreshing with again some sweetness (apricot?) and some wheat. Carbonation was OK and body a bit thinner then expected. Overall, this is not a bad wit but could be a bit more balanced with less of the wheat taste.

Light hazy yellow. Spice in the nose, tiny amounts of clove and pepper. Lighter in the mouth, with clean wheaty malts. Dry finish. Overall one of the cleaner versions of a wit but nice enough and drinkable.
