From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival, Nijmegen. Aroma of sour fruits, quince, a spicy note, some Saisony yeast, peppery notes. Flavour is moderate sour and light sweet. Very dry finish. Tasty.

Bottled (backlog). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, some mild yeasty and spicy notes along with some earrth and mild funk´. Flavour is spicy, yeasty, some citrus and quite strong floral notes. Refreshing.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Brew By Numbers 01/11 Saison - Quince ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, herbs, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity, pale malt, herbs, quince, zesty, light tart - sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottle 330ml @ My sisters 30th birthday
Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, citrus and peach. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long yeasty, citrus and peach finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draft. Golden fuzzy pour. Nice aroma of mild tart, citrus, tropical fruit, mango and caramel. Fresh taste of tropical fruit, mango, mild funk and some vanilla in the finish. Not bad.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - pours golden amber with a reddish hue. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, some malt sweetness coming in, yeasty, light spices with quince prominence, interesting.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Hazy reddish orange colour with a white head. Fruity citrus aroma taste sharp sweet and grapefruit. Really refreshing.

Draft. An unclear pinkish beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of quince, malt, spices, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of quince, malt, lemons, black pepper, and hay, leading to a tart finish.

Keg @ In De Wildeman, sample size. Cloudy, pale yellow color. White head, not much. Aroma’s: fruity, light sour, somewhat dusty. Retronasal there’s fruit, sourness, light caramel. Flavor is fruity sour, moderate bitter. Light bodied. Finishes lightly bitter. Good for a Summer’s day.
