Belgian-style tripel ale spiced with hibiscus. Heavily infused with hibiscus, the beer displays a pink tinge. The beer greets you with a malty sweetness that quickly dissipates into a dry and tart grapefruit, lemonade finish.

Dark pink malt but lack depth. Malt centric. Smooth but some orange peel and hibiscus

Strong hibiscus nose, can sense why the choice, but it’s overwhelming the Belgian classic notes. A bit dry and underwhelming

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy ruby orange with medium white head. The aroma is funk and floral. Medium body, yeast, funk, hibiscus, citrus, light dry finish, very good.

A dark cherry red ale with a thin lacing pinkish white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar, light hibiscus, berries, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light candy sugar , light mineral notes, light berries, OK but a bit unidimensional.
