Dense snowwhite head with some lace over fully hazy finely carbonated yellow beer. Flowery nose - and flour. Lemon(flowers?), garden herbs, quite inviting. Bitter, dry-ish. Again herbs and fine spices, bread made with other grains; lemonpeel. Light body, bit spritzy, refreshing. Ideal summer beer, like it very much.

Hazy yellow color with big white head. Aroma is hoppy, peppery, lemony, a bit of funk. Taste is very dry, lemony, peppery, doesn’t have the so-common cookie dough body. Dry finish. Refreshing and light, very good!

750 ml bottle sampled April 2014. Slightly unclear yellow body with a big, creamy, lacing white head. Nice and refreshing aroma, slightly acidic citric fruit, lemon, canned pear, pepper, spices and yeast. Flavor is also fresh and light acidic, fruity, spicy, yeast and mild malt with pleasant bitterness. Medium body and nice aftertaste. A really well made, tasty Saison.

A golden beer with a dense, medium and white head. Aroma has citrusfruits and tropical fruits, mandarin and spices. Taste has citrusfuits, strong lemon, some sourness and spices, quite dry. Slightly light palate, low carbonation. Strongly citrusfruity and refreshning beer, not very saison like.

Keg at Borefts day1 26/09/2014. Bodegraven. Golden yellow / straw coloured pour with a thin white sticky head.Aroma is nice lemony floral citrus, with nice saison yeast character. Flavour is composed of crisp grains, little straw, crisp lemon citrus, refreshing, nice saison yeast. Palate is fairly light, refreshing, airy carbonation. Very tasty.

On tap @ Borefts 2014. This is a cloudy really yellow and straw colored one, almost glowing in the glass and it has a nice little bright white head on the top. Nice fruity nose. Pleasant sweet, some nice fresh citrus. Wheat, coriander and some yeast. Repeating my self again, but this is a nice one - both on looks, aroma and taste. Tastes fresh. Lots of nice wheat sweetness here. Light oily in the mouth and it's about average on the carbonation. Mild soapy bitter in a really good way. Not the at astringency they can have. Citrus finish with mild yeast and white pepper. A really thirst-quenching one that I'd like to have again sometime. 27.09.2014

Bomber. Glowing bright gold, hazy, with a fine, low head. Lemony nose, light spice, herbal, a bit of thinner. Flavor is lemony and a bit too vegetal to be great, but otherwise very good.

Keg at BBF 6, 26/09/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is pale malt, juicy citrics, orange pith, straw, lemon zing. Taste comprises lemon jus, spice, orange pith, light melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, earthy hop presence in the close. Solid enough hoppy saison.
