A beer lacking in alcohol can’t be really flavourful as well can it? Common sense says it won’t have a big aroma full of passion fruit and mango; it wouldn’t have a well rounded mouth feel and crisp bitterness and there’s no way it’d have satisfying IPA style depth of flavour…. is there? Think again, this is a beer totally devoid of common sense, the jester in the pack, a complete Simpleton.

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grape and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long citrus fruity finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Draught at CBC 2015. Labelled as 3 % alcohol. Hazy, golden colour with an amber tint. Fruity aroma with citrus, grape, peaches and sweet, exotic fruits. Taste is bitter. Light to medium body with a thin to creamy texture. Finishes dry and bitter with exotic fruits. Lovely IPA with extra credits for the low abv.

Draught @ CBC 2015 Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy fruits, zesty grapefruit and lemon. Taste is smooth, juicy and fruity with hints of dry bitterness. Finish is smooth, juicy and slightly hoppy with some watery notes. A bit light bodied but refreshing.
