V našem pivovaru jej vaříme již od roku 2008. Technologický postup a složení si nechává Radouš jako své tajemství. Na 6.ročníku Jarní ceny sládků 2012 na Zvíkově získalo toto pivo 1.místo v kategorii stout. Je to pivo samozřejmě nefiltrované a nepasterované.

Bottle(děkuji plzeňským klukům!!!):As black as ink - nebo černý jako smůla - , bigger and slowly collapsing loose tanned head; dryish - but still a bit sweet - caramelly and fruity nose; light to moderate bitter flavour, not too dry, not really light bodied; slightly lingering dryish and toasty finish. Nice surprise…

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan. Aroma roasted and Breadish. Bitter and roasted dark malty, Breadish, light liqourice. Bitter and dry finish.

Draft @ Bryggens Ølbar, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty caramel aroma with weak hints of chocolate. Roasted malty grainy caramel and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and caramel finish.

Draft at 4.5%. A black beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and bread, leading to a dry roasted finish.
