Hazy light golden with small white head. Lemonade, fresh lemon, dishwashing soap, limoncello. Light sour and salty with watery sweetness. Light to medium bodied with watery but still doughy feel. Strange for sure, not bad.

Hazy pale straw, airy white head. Lemon aroma with light yeasty notes. Citric flavour, more lemon, some malt. Refreshing, but to my limited experience not particularly gose-like.

Bottle, 3.7%. Weak citric aroma, like the yellow plastic bottles with lemon juice. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is refreshingly citric and lemony. Has a good lemony dryness in the finish with a hint of bread and yeast. Low bitterness. This tastes Berliner Weisse to me, but not bad at all. Not salty or smokey, as far as I can tell.

Bottle. Pours hazypale straw with small white head. Dusty and estery aroma, with notes of malt and touches of hops. Mild, citric flavour with pronounced estery notes and touches of dust, malt and hops. Rough, citric and etsery afteraste. Decent but more like a Berliner Weisse than a Gose.

Pale golden colored liquid is mostly clear, with a touch of slight chill haze. White head is large and slowly recedes to cover.
Soft, understated aroma has neither aggressive lactic acid presence nor a heavy citrus element to it. Dry, biscuity malt mixes with a touch of salt-like minerality with soft vanilla and finally the requisite citrus element on the end. It’s lightly sweet, with a honeyed lemon and tangerine note. Dry, lactic acidity comes out with warming, but this is mostly just malt and light spice. No alcohol or flaws.
It’s funny, the whole time I’m drinking this beer (my girlfriend loved it and had about 4 of them over the course of our time at Fine Mousse), I kept saying, it’s good but it’s got a very strange flavor component that I can’t put my finger on. Now reading the commercial description, the bergamot seems to be what it was. It’s odd as it dosent taste like bergamot in an earl gray. Rather, it mixes with the acids and citrus to give a very unique flavor that I can’t even really put in to words. Maybe salty, dry cheese with a heavy floral aspect?? Anyhow, there’s enough acidity in the flavor, with ample carbonation, to keep this thing very drinkable and while the strange bergamot flavor remains on the palate, I don’t find it unpleasant. Very well attenuated, with a wheat-like dryness and chewiness. Salty and citric, but not overly so; the beer is extremely light and understated.

Bottle shared at a sour tasting at kerenmk’s place. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of orange peels, wheat, and a lactic note. Mildly sourish flavor with wheat, some lacto, citrus, and a slightly bitterish and salty finish. Light-bodied. Refreshing.

Piwo orzezwiajace, lekko kwaskowate, nuty pszeniczne przypominaly mi Berliner Weisse. Piana solidna, trwala, czapowata. Mglista jasno zolta barwa. Sol lekko wyczuwalna umiarkowana, fajnie wspolgrala ze slodowoscia. W koncowce kwaskowo cytrynowe smaki.

Hazy articial lemon appearance, no head; Nose is weird lactic lemonade, artificial lemon and bit lactic quality, bottled lemon juice, apricot, sour,… Taste is like an artificial lemon lemonade with way too big salty presence, bottle lemon juice, lightly mineral, artificial lemon notes, faint aromatic oils,… Thin carbonation,…. Like an overly salty chemical lemon flavored lemonade. Sometimes I think some modern craft brewery spend too little time thinking about balance and whether or not the flavor combinations will make any sense and they just throw a bunch of ingredients together. I am all about weird ingredients, interesting combinations etc. but there needs to be a rhyme and reason + clear effort. Not sure it that happened here.
