0.5 l bottle from 'Getränke Hilgers', best before July 2025. Clear, very dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, quickly diminishing, beige head. Intensely sweetish-malty, slightly bready aroma of caramel, burnt sugar, bread crust and grains. Very sweet, malty, minimally bitter, a bit bready taste of caramel, brown sugar, molasses, some grains and a touch of of bread crust, followed by a short, minimally bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty Malzbier.

Many thanks to Gabriel. Creamy tan head on a dark brown body. Wet cardboard & toffee aroma. Sweet, caramelised, malt, raisin, treacle & parkin tastes. Tasty AF

Mild malty beginning. Not too sweetish, nice bitter roasted grain. Dark burned brown sugar. Sweetish brown sugary malty in the aftertaste with a subtle bitterness. Nice refreshing stuff.

Zurückhaltend malziger Antrunk, eher schaumig und brotig, aber auch nicht wirklich stark. Zu keiner Zeit ist dieser Malztrunk auch nur annähernd so süß wie Artgenossen, etwas süßer sollte es aber schon sein. Herb-wässriger Mittelteil, der zu einem solchen Getränk eigentlich nicht passt, Der Nachgeschmack ist leicht malzig-süß. Ein Malztrunk der anderen Art! 7/6/6/2/4/5
