2013 corked bottle. Golden blonde. Apple and hints of vinegar and citrus in the aroma. Apple sour flavor, lemon. Thinnish. Totally dry, soft floral notes. Fortified Berliner Weisse with a bite. Thanks Benzai!

Smooth mild and fresh. Slightly sourish hints, fresh, not too sourish. Easy to drink, fresh, sessionable. No bitterness, mild, sourish, round. Nice stuff.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle, 2013 vintage. Gusher! Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a massive, fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish-fruity and a bit funky aroma of Belgian candy, white grapes, gooseberry, lemon and oak. Slightly sweetish, sourish-fruity, moderately funky taste of lemon, white grapes, Belgian candy, gooseberry oak and a touch of barnyard, followed by a medium long, moderately tart, slightly yeasty finish. Thin to medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Tasty!

Säuerlicher, hefig bitterer Antrunk. Spritzig, milde Würzigkeit. Vollmundig hefig, trocken, süffig ohne groß spannend zu sein. 10/10/9/9/10/9
