330ml bottle from Ales By Mail

BBE 16.07.13 - Pours clear dark orange with a large bubbly white head. Aroma of nice fruity hop pellets, grass, citrus and caramely malts. Taste is quite fruity with notes of grapefruit, lemon, citrus and exotic fruits. Hints of resin, grassy hops and malts as well. Finish is again quite fruity and hoppy with some sweet caramel malty notes and dry bitterness. Nice, quite balanced fruit bomb.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a cloudy amber with a small and creamy off-white head. Somewhat greasy hop aroma, a little citrusy. Medium body, a dry fruitiness and a rather solid if not overly sophisticated bitterness. Decent. 301112

(Draught at MacKinlay’s Inn, Stockholm) Hazy amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, caramel, bitter orange marmalade and resinous hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, dried fruit, caramel, apricots, marmalade and a generous resinous, citric bitterness. All backed up by a solid body with chewy malt and a certain sweetness. Very tasty. Excellent beer.

Bottle at home 27th August 2012. First offering from Redchurch, pours quite a dark orange for an ipa, great orange pitch and pin aroma, bit of a head, which dissipates. Taste is rich tropical fruit, orange pitch, grapefruit and a bitter finish, oily rich mouth feel and perfect carbonation. This is excellent, best new London brew, will pick this up with my regular Kernels
