Etykieta wzorowana na Leffe Blonde. Podrobka niezbyt to udana, bo tu jakosciowo i w wygladzie i w smaku jest jszcze gorsze niz Leffe. Piana na poltora centymetra, bez drozdzy jasno pomaranczowa barwa. w smaku kolby kukurydzy, likier slodowy. Zero goryczki, nieco za to suszonej trawy. Ogolnie paskudny wyrob.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Smooth mild but watery beginning. Very smooth and round, water. The Belgium yeast is nice in the background, the malt as well. Water is dominating the picture with hints of bitterness there.
The ground aroma is nice, but way too watery here.

18/IX/16 - 33cl bottle from Aldi @ home - BB: 14/IV/17 (2016-1022) Thanks to Erwin for picking this one up for me!

Clear deep blond to orange beer, creamy off-white head (weird?). Aroma: banana, sweet, some bread yeast, that's pretty much it. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, some coriander maybe, lots of ripe banana, yeast. Aftertaste: slightly bitter, sweet, yeast, banana, bit metallic.

Original review text: 24/XII/21 - 33cl bottle from Aldi Supermarket, shared @ Christmas Eve at Arno & Meggy’s place, BB: 14/IV/22 (2021-1600)

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: super yeasty, lots of banana, sweet impression, bit sugary, malty touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, oxidized, dusty, some cardboard, dry, bit medicinal. Aftertaste: malty, grains, bit sweet, some alcohol, bit oxidized, cardboard, meh. Pretty bad.

Bottle from Aldi. Blond colour, white foam disappears quickly. Iron, banana, sweet malts. Strange bitterness. Not balanced, not good.

Abbey beer brewed for the German low-budget supermarket chain Aldi, originally by Riva, now by Haacht. Creamy white, medium thick head, golden blond colour; aroma straightforward, malty sweetish, honey, apple, pineapple, apricot, hint of vanilla, floral hops; taste equally straightforward (not to say simple), dominated by a sweetish, bit honeyish maltiness and rather weak, insufficient hop bitterishness in the finish.
