---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone --- Beer merged from original tick of Napar Porter on 25 May 2018 at 13:03 - Score: 7

Bottle. Dark brown pour, small head. Aroma of creamy chocolate, hazelnut and coffee. Taste has lots of creamy hazelnut chocolate, mocha coffee and some brown malt. Good beer.

Pours dark black. Head is tan and compact, rapidly vanishing. Aroma is sweet berries: blackberry, bilberry, sloe. Also cola gummy and coffee. Silky and creamy. Thin but persistent. Bitter and smoky finish. Very nice.

Bottle @ home shared with Thompson. Opaque hazy very dark brown color with a dark red glare coming through when held into the light, small off-white head. Smell and taste both have malts, dark malts, lightly roast, lightly bitter, some yeast, lightly dry, lightly earthy. Average to medium body and carbonation. Not bad at all but it just doesn’t convince me.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 08/2015, lot#15024.

Small creamish head over jet-black beer. Rather hoppy nose, faintly charcoal. Again mainly hoppy in the mouth. Restrained roasted flavour. Dry, medium bodied. Good porter.

Sampled bottled @ ACBF 2015. Deep dark red amber, little head. Nose is cold herbal, umami, leaves, bark,… Taste is lots of umami, soy sauce, bitter grounds, herbal, leaves, thin, low carb. Not very impressive or all that good. Awesome label ‘though. (Thanks for sharing people!!!)
