This big, bold imperial stout has a twist. Whole banana added in with plenty of maple syrup to boot. Dark, thick, luxurious with a sweet hit from the maple and some beautiful ester notes coming from the banana.

Can shared in Tory. It pours darkest brown to black with a small light tan head. The aroma is earthy roast, umami, chocolate cake, gateaux, maple, banana flump candy, marshmallow and maltesers. The taste is quite sweet, bitter - sweet, chocolate cake, maple, syrup, fruit cake, foamy banana candy, warming alcohol, umami, some Mars bars and maltesers with a drying finish. Medium to full body and fine carbonation. Maybe a touch artifical, but drinks easy.
