Draught at CBC 2014. Copper liquid with a medium off-white head. Aroma of dried fruit, wood, vinegar, alcohol and salubrin. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of dried fruit, wood and lemon. Medium bodied with medium carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2014. Pours dark amber with a creamy tan head, nice lacings. Aroma is light sour, oak, tart fruity, berries, yeast, little spice. Flavor is sourness, wood, yeast, little sweetness, tart fruit, berries. Medium body, soft carbonation, light acedic finish. 020514

Bottle at Deans impromptu Monday night tasting. Poured a clear murky light brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is zesty citrus sherbet sour. The flavour is strong sour with a smooth wild bretty yeast sour citrus palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. This really impressed me. Plenty of sourness but not to the point that it made you screw up your face. More of the same please.
