DDH Double IPA
Using a unique yeast cultivated from the Pacific Northwest this DIPA has a full rich creamy flavour that compliments the large amounts of Centennial hops. Including a double round of dry hopping to pack in the aromas pine, citrus and nectarines.

Can from brewery. Amber. Some pine on nose. Sweet with tropical tones, decent maltiness and some lingering pine. Complex.

On tap at the brewery. Light amber with a white head. Fresh with hops, grapefruit, some caramel and malt. The body was medium and the finish quite bitter. Quite nice.

Can. Clear amber with a pale beige head that fades to a fat coat. Aroma of tenor-register citrus, pine, sticky breadcrust, some red berries, peach. Full bodied, carbonation a little lower than moderate. Really rather sweet with peach, orange, caramel and spruce notes. A puff of herbal / pine needle notes at the modestly bitter end. Too sweet for me but pretty good. Started around 10C but returned some to freezer for a short while - colder tamed the sweetness a fair bit.
