Bottle pour at Gold Star Beer Counter. Pours slightly pink orange. Raspberry, orange peel, blackberry, tart, white wine vinegar, lemon. Light spritzy body. Excellent.

Bottle. A lovely clear red. A wisp of white head is soon gone. Aroma of raspberries (jammy, tart and hairy), mild twiggy funk. Almost medium bodied, a little slippery. Carbonation is low. Raspberries are not quite as prominent in the taste - there's a little light bread, woody apricot stones and twigs, some pepper. Quite sour and dryish but there's some sweetness and a little bitterness as well as the wood at the end. Fairly softly spoken but deep and very nicely balanced.
