Can at Gavel, KL. Poured a very slightly hazy reddish amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, toffee caramel. The flavour is over moderate bitter, light sweet, with a rich, sweet toffee, light floral, big hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. This is my second beer from Boston and I’m already seeing a pattern with their love of bittering hops!

Aromas of raisin, pine resin, bread and lemon peel. The alcohol is a little obvious but the hops balance it a little.

Can. Clear reddish amber with a pale beige head that lasts well. Aroma of sticky buns with strawberries, pine, orange. Sweet but not lush with slightly burnt toffee then a fair bit of resinous bitterness. The fruit notes are pushed into the background a bit. Very good in a style that's not quite for me.
