Can. Cloudy gold wit a cm of white head. Funky aroma with lemony herbs, brine. Minerally beyond salt - not a welcoming texture. Quite sour with salt and herbal notes. Didn't really work for me.

On tap at Lincoln Hotel, Carlton. Opaque gold. Lemon nose. Salty. Herbaceous and lemony. Intriguing in a good way.
