Named for Our Brewmaster and Supervisor Ace the Brewery dog (Who also just decided he wants to be chief taste tester as well... Is there anything this bloke can't do?) Our take on the classic American Pale Ale, utilizing (See what I did there?) experimental hop Flinders. This bad boy has lashings of tropical fruit, citrus and lemongrass on the nose, backed by a subtle yet full body with a rounding, cleansing bitter finish.

Pours hazy orange with a sudsy white lasting head.Nose shows orange marmalade, tangerine, orange blossom, floral hops, spicy and piny notes. Behind in clean caramel.Flavours include more orange marmalade before transitioning to heavier pine, resinous hops and spicy/herbal notes. Sweet clean malt follows along with an assertive bitterness.

Can. Follows two trends: i) dog on can (fine); ii) calling a >6% highly hopped beer a pale ale (tedious). Almost clear gold with a loose white head that lasts well. Aroma of orange, lychee, nectarine, passionfruit, crackers. Reminds me of Moo Brew Enigma a fair bit. But it's bigger and quite gutsy with bread crust, grapefruit, kumquat, grass and resin. Clean with strong bitterness at the end. Excellent.
