From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Aroma is strong citrus with lemon, that lovely La Sirène Saison yeast, peppery notes, grass, and light funk. Dry light bitter finish, modest to medium body. So refreshing and drinkable with beautiful balance, I could drink this all day.

Tap at Foeders, Amsterdam, 29th January 2020. Pours a hazy straw beer. Aroma is tart fruit, wood. Taste is tart and fruity, lots of complexity, really great stuff.

Bottle - as Avant Garde Collection Elemental Autumn. Pale straw gold with a white head. Aroma of Meyer lemon, citrus blossoms, dough, light spices. Light bodied. Both sweeter (slightly honeyed) and sourer than guessed with crackery dough, citrus and bitterness that's gentle at first but bites a little more as it's joined by woody spices at the end.
