Thanks TimE for sharing the bottle! Taster showing deep raspberry red with no head. The nose shows lightly intense notes of brett and light black forest berry. The palate is moderately carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately tart with light flavors of black forest berries with a light white wine bitterness at the finish.

Nice slightly hazy amber red hue. Slightly tart, spicy oak character beneath modest fruit notes. The mouthfeel isn’t exactly right, a bit lifeless, light, not too fruity, but excellent oak character. Overall nice but nothing about this beer shines. I like but don’t love

Bottle. Clear deep red, no head. 3+ Aroma of lovely berries, bracken die-off, oak, crispbread. A bit of body, very low carbonation (which suits it just fine). A balance of berries, brooding sourness, and oak that worked very well for me with a little plate of Jamón and Comté - the food picks out the top fruit notes and the acidity. Very good. If the dry hopping did anything it certainly didn't register with me.
