Pours amber with a small head.Nose shows pear, apple, resinous hops, soft fruit confectionery and clean malt.Flavours include tropical fruit, biscuity malt, a bit of a grainy note leading to a metallic bitterness in the finish along with some faint buttery diacetyl.

Bottle. Clear pale amber with a white head. 3+ Expressive aroma of kumquats, earthy red berries, dried mango, bread. Only just creeping up on medium bodied, lowish carbonation. Very clean with a brief but intense burst of fruit and herbs, not much from the malt, then a strongly bitter finish. Herbal and almost sweaty notes join the fruit. Punchy, good.
