From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Crisp and bone dry Saison with a light white wine character, grass, peppery yeast, and lemon. Elegant balance, light bitter, pretty gorgeous.

Can. Yellow. Slightly spiced lemon nose. Classic barnyard funk, but dialed down to make for a mild little number.

Can. Hazy straw gold with a cm of white head that's fades but doesn't disappear. Slightly reserved aroma of oranges, spice and lemony funk, cracker dough. Light bodied. Tastes much as it smells with firm citrus, a little funk and a spicy dryish finish with moderate bitterness. Not as assertive as Urban Pale. Very easygoing but good.
