It pours mostly clear pale gold with a good head of foam and lacing.
The smell is malty, grain and some notes of honey and bread.
The taste is bread, semi sweet malt, hints of honey, kind of a weird mix of flavours but it works.
Good mouthfeel, good beer.

Appearance, aromas and flavors don't remind me of any traditional zwickle that I've had in the past. Aromas are a bit of caramel, cereal and a hint of toast. Flavors are similar to nose except for there's also something off like spoiled food or something.

Pours reddish amber with a thin, frothy white head. Aroma of honey, some hops, some sweet malt. Taste has bright malt notes, some smokey elements, some bready notes, more caramel. Palate has more bready elements that linger on the nose, caramel sweetness. Not bad, very refreshing.

On tap at La Taverne des Neiges, Tignes. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, light grainy nose. Sweetish malty, dusty, grainy light herbal and quite dry bitter finish. Lively carbonation.
