Bei unserem Bitburger Apfel Cider handelt es sich um ein apfelweinhaltiges Getränk, der dank Kohlensäure für prickelnden Genuss bei fruchtig-mildem Geschmack sorgt. Der Cider ist bei einem Alkoholgehalt von 5,3 % Alkohol süffig, spritzig und von Natur aus glutenfrei sowie vegan. Entwickelt wurde der Bitburger Apfel Cider in Zusammenarbeit mit der Familienkelterei Heil aus dem Taunus, mit der wir viele Werte teilen. Gemeinsam für beste Qualität und besten Geschmack.

Süß-säuerlicher Beginn, apfelig, der wässrige Hintergrund fängt sich schnell. Geringe Herbe, natürlich, erfrischend. Mit der Zeit steigt die Säure noch an, spritzig, mittellanger Abgang. Gelungen. 8/9/9/9/9/9

Clear golden. Aroma is shy apple juice. A hint of raisins. Nothing much. Taste is sweet apple juice. Quite sparkly like Apfelschorle. Not so intense. Nothing strongly unpleasant. Yet not very special...

Can at home, golden coloured, small head that dies quickly. Aroma is apple, apple juice. Taste is the same, fizzy, light alcohol. sweet, meh

0.5 l can from 'happybeer.de', canned in January 2020. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apples and a touch of wood. Gently sweet, a little sourish, quite fruity taste of ripe apples and light wood, followed by a short, a little tart, moderately dry finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent, nothing wrong with it.

50cl can. A clear golden colour, small white head. Aroma of sweet apples, some tart apple skin, sulfur. Taste of sweet juicy apples, soft tart apples, sulfur, moderate to low carbonation.

50cl can from Globus. Fruity apple beginning. Not too sweetish with a nice dry finish. Easy to drink, not too much depth - apple skin, fruitiness with not too much sweetness or depth. Nice sessionable stuff.

08-03-20 // 500ml can fro ma local Edeka. Clear golden. Apfelwein and cider hybrid kind of. But more cider fizzyness. A solid apple sweetness. Semi dry finish. Not so bad at all.
