Pitch black color. Big bourbon, peaty, iodine, meaty, dark chocolate, slightly tart and a bit of coffee. Interesting nose. The barrels are pulling this beer in many different directions but base base is good. Low carbonation. Still too many barrels doesn’t make it better. Abv well hidden. Smooth and relatively balanced. Nice but would prefer a single barrel
