Scottish Sour Ale fermented with Damson and Chamomile, aged in barrels. Fruity sweetness gives way to delicate floral chamomile and funky brettanomcyes character. Sweet damson accentuates the acidity and tannic notes from wine barrel ageing, while chamomile flowers provide a delicate counterpoint. The dry and tannic notes ebb to the lingering warmth of calming chamomile. And a finish as sharp as a sword-smith's master-class awaits.

Bottle, small stable bubbly head, hazy light red color with orange taints, aroma of peach, wood, cinnamon, and a lactic hint, flavor of plum, cinnamon and clove and some lactic notes behind, medium mellow sourness. Really good.

500ml bottle from the brewery shop. Cloudy reddish orange with a small, fizzy white head. Sharp store aroma, flavour is sour berries with a mellow, almost creamy, finish

02-08-20 // draft, tasting flight at BrewDog Berlin Mitte. unfiltered murky orangeish. sweet vinegary nose. Sour. Like sour overweighting the rest. A light baldamic vinegary touch, dark fruits.

150ml on tap at Cafe Sånn. Filmy layer, cloudy brown-reddish body. Moderate smell of herbal fruits, woody. Lemony tartness to the taste profile alongside malty sweetness beneath, woody. Ends mid-dry and sourish. Some cleanser qualities. Fair enough. (Tromsø 06.05.2020).

Very tart with good peach and citrus nose. Very tart ok fruit character but more tartness and good oak. Nice enough but fruit could shine more

Bottled 500ml. -at Craft Room Zagreb. Cloudy orange/red coloured, minimal white head, quite lively carbonation, fruity sour nose. Strong sour fruity taste with light notes of chamomile and brett. Dry tart finish. Well done.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Oren's place. Cloudy orange. Vinegar, fruitiness, plums, wood, a bit of chamomile, sour. Very nice.
