medium golden color. Lots of cereal malt, clean nose, but not much hop character. Nice mouth feel, very clean, lots of cereal notes, medium bitterness. I would say this is more of a Kolsch than a golden ale, but it’s well made. Hops are super exciting but decent enough. Definitely impressed for the first beer from this brewery.
