Light Hazy inky purple color. Very nice Pinot noir wine character, excellent oak character, with dry musty yeastiness. Nice firm carbonation, excellent grape character. Hits all the right notes at all the right points.

Thanks TimE for sharing! Taster showing deep dark raspberry with sparse latte colored foam. The nose shows deep but very light notes of brett. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with a balanced vinous background and mildly tannic with a juicy red wine forward. Very balanced and comes very well together.

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. redish hazy color, small pink head. smells joghurt, leathery, light tannins, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of tannins, grape notes, earthy, citric, grassy. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of grape notes, tannins and some eathy notes. nice one, not super grape forward, but overall good stuff 7, 4, 7, 3, 16

Bottle. Pours a clear rusty amber with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has tart red fruits with funk and red wine supporting. Flavor has earthy tart red fruits with a bit of funk, earthy oak and a hint red wine.
