This highly-hopped, cloudy wheat ale is straw color, with aromas of menthol and ripe fruit. It displays medium bitterness, with flavours of banana and herbal mint. It finishes dry, with lingering spicy bitterness. Whoops was a happy accident where our brewers created a hoppy wheat beer instead of the milder beer they had planned because of an unexpected ingredient change.

Tap. Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are sweet and bitter, fruits, sugar, malt, dryness. Overall: ok.

BXL ‘19. Fairly hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, grain, malt and light herbal notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at BXL festival. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Spicy yeast, banana, cloves, apple, some wheat, coriander, bit grassy. Medium sweet and over medium bitter. Solid medium bodied.
