Bottle bought at the Uji Fest and drunk from a tulip glass. It poured a pretty deep honey gold with a thick white head and a bright lime zest with white pepper, wheat and a somewhat musty character. The medium bodied brew has an exceedingly raspy mouthfeel while the taste is lime and earthy wheat. Not bad, a decent brew but I don't get the coriander the label says is there. It improved as it warmed.
