slightly hazy color. Low medium bitterness. A fair amount of citrus notes medium bitterness. Nice mouth feel. Nothing wrong with this but nothing that interesting either

In honor of the Ushitora Tap Takeover at CBM Lucua tomorrow I ordered this: Ushitora Simcoe Juice APA 4.5% 30 IBU Pale straw gold with a foamy eggshell white head and a juicy semi-tropical aroma. The taste is earthy woodsy with a bitting bitterness and crisp finish. Good and easy drinking though I’m left wondering where is the juice from the aroma/name. Worth ordering if it’s on tap tomorrow though. This beer really grew on me.
