Brewed in collaboration with our friend and grain savant, David Bauer of All Souls Pizza of Asheville, NC. For this inspirational and unique saison, David crafted 100 pounds of raw farro into bulgur, a process involving boiling the raw grain and toasting it in ovens.The result yields an unmistakable nuttiness that shines into this bottle. Conditioned naturally inside the bottle and keg with brettanomyces yeast.

Draft @ Barski, Helsingborg. Pours a hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart funky yeasty aroma. Fruity malty sour tart yeasty funky flavor. Has a fruity sour tart funky yeasty finish.

Tap at MBCT 2018 into a taster showing translucent gold with very sparse white foam. The nose shows clean notes of saison malt and light Belgian yeast influence. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Clean notes of lemon and citrus with a mildly tartness. Perfect summer saison.
