Tap at MCBT. Clear gold with a mild honey graham aroma. Medium bodied, crisp and clean with similar flavor and a crisp lightly biting bitter finish. A really solid kolsch I felt was bang on style. I had it early in the day when my palate was fresh ;) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

pale golden color. Very dry earthy nose with soft hop character and fresh wort. Light body but the wort character is really amazing. Very unique. Not authentic but love it.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, some cereal and straw. Flavour is crisp and on the hoppy side, with notes of crisp crackery malt, some crisp dry hopping and cereal notes. Crisp and hoppy, packing a subtle but lovely punch. One of the best kolschs I've had in a while. Lovely.
