4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at Boneyard Bistro. It's bright yellow with light sparkle, cap of head and nice foamy lacing. Aroma is strong sweet grapefruit, spicy cooking herb. Taste is sweet grapefruit, pine, late bread. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength. Not hugely complex.

On tap at Figueroa Mountain - Buellton, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical notes, piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, showcasing the mosaic nicely with lots of tropical notes, bright piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Bright and crisp. Tasty.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Mosaic aroma. Med body or so. Flavor is very hoppy - tropical and something with spice. Lightly juicy, not all that dry, and moderately bitter. Ok. Not an over the top mouth destroyer, but it's pleasant and tasty.

Bottle. Pours a bright golden color with a thick and sticky white head. Lots of bubbles. Nice hoppy aroma, citrus and floral. Some sweet malty notes. Tastes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Somewhat earthy. Lingering herbal bitter finish.

Draft. A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, malt, and exotic fruits. The flavor is sweet withnotes of malt, exotic fruits, and spicy hops, leading to a bitter finish. The body is a bit light.
