golden color. frothy white head. Fairly heady nose with pine, that is dry and again I feel slightly over attenuated. Modest bitterness, but I had side by side with mosaic madness and didn’t feel there was a great deal of difference in the beers. It warmed up it showed more pine and peppermint character. I think the hops are not in the best condition. The beer is well made, but I get the feeling the hops aren’t as fresh as they could be so the beer is limited in how good it can taste.
