Tap at ACBE in Osaka. A blend of 3 beers in 5 barrels (I guess some of the beers were made using multiple barrels). A sour made with lacto and Brett that is a cloudy gold with a fizzy eggshell white head and a mild aroma. Light and dry with an acidic tangy sour flavor complemented by oak and musty ein notes. Very acidic but light and bright tasting.

Hazy golden color. Big brett and oak nose with modest sourness. Low carbonation, Pickering sourness, tons of oak, some fruity nose, lots of brett. Smooth mouth. Rounded.modest mouth. Very nice
