hazy golden white color. Funky yeasty nose with modest shiqusa character providing nice fruity tartness.modestly tart, very citrusy and unmistakably shiqusa in the mouth. Medium body with tons of Belgian yeast. Big yeasty finish. The tartness could be amped up but perhaps a bit hard because it's 8.5%. Good stuff no doubt but wouldn't necessarily choose to make this type of beer.
