Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Flavour of lemon, straw, grapefruit and peppery yeast. Flavour of white pepper, grapefruit and minerals. Medium body with a spritzy mouthfeel. Light fizz. A classic Saison.

Fonefan 201214. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, malt, hop, yeast. Flavour is hop, citrus, malt, yeast, pine, wheat. Medium body. Nice beer.

0.33l bottle. Hazy pale yellow body, white head. Aroma of orange zest, passion fruit and some lemon juice. Taste of bread, citruses, blackberry and some funky stuff. Easy to drink. Very nice.

Bottle from Sarkynorthener cheers Martin; hazy yellow pour with a thin bubbly white head, aroma has yeast plus some light citrus, taste has light citrus some yeast action with a hint of bubblegum and floral action.

Draught @Black Door. Light golden color, thin white head. Nice fresh, citrusy, floral notes, peppery spicy. Flavor has lemon, tea, floral notes. Refreshing, high drinkability. Nice one.

(Keg at Black Door, 20150603) The beer poured golden and almost clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spiciness, black pepper and earth. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, earth, citricness, malts and bitterness. Afertaste was spicy, hoppy and bitter. A tasty spicy saison.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow with a thin head. Nose - pineapple and white pepper, classic saison. Taste - more of the same really, though the fruity note is weaker. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a tangy dry finish. Overall - a decent saison.

330ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy golden yellow, long lasting white head. Aromas of white pepper and brad, light lemon. Pretty classic saison nose. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish.
