Old rating from 2016 - On tap in Lucca, pours light golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, grass, coriander, pepper, lemon, spice & hops. Medium body. Light sharp moderate bitter finish

Aroma of citrus, lemon, yeast, floral notes, fresh hops. Flavour is light sweet with a medium bitter finish. Lively carbonation. Quite a hoppy Saison, but lacking in the funk department. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is citrus, some yeast, mild funk and herbs. Flavour is yeasty, some fruits, mild floral and wooden tones with a bit citrus as well. Somewhat mouthdrying.

Flaske fra Kihoskh, hjemme: lett uklar strågul med fint skum som varer. Aroma og smak gir meg sitronskall, krydder og stikkelsbær. En lett pepperaktig avslutning og lang ettersmak. En god saison med middels kropp. Drakk den rett etter vår egen Saison d’avril (som faktisk hadde like mye smak på en mer solid maltbase med omtrent samme vitamininnhold). Holmen ruler!
