This is an IPA made with Pilsner malt, Amber malt and a dash of rye malt. The amber malt gives it a nice nutty flavour and a slight toastiness. The rye adds a bit of a peppery taste. On top of this it´s hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe.
This IPA will be an excellent pairing with Indian or Mexican food.

Bottle 6% from CBB. Served in a pint glass. A deep orange copper with a fluffy off-white head. It has an interesting aroma of fruits and a biscuity somewhat graham cracker maltiness. Med-light bodied with an abrasive palate cleansing carbonation and dry finish. The taste is similarly odd, an earthiness(possibly rye malt), bitter, ginger, fruity but kind of that purple bubblegum soapy fruity flavor. Nothing wrong with it but for me this flavor profile is a miss.

330ml bottle, gift from Stefan. Thanks! Pours a dirty orange unclear body with a small head that leaves some lacing. Grapefruit, carrots(?), apricot and wet grain to the nose. Grapefruit, orange peel, cereal and hint of resin and leather. Sense some coriander too, which is nice. (22.07.14)

Tap at Stone’s, Helsinki. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is zesty citrus, grassy hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a big nettle resin hop, light spice, mineral palate with some aspirin, floral notes. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lots going on and an interesting take on an IPA.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, spicy hops, malt, and alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap@ Stone’s. Hazy golden, thick, very creamy white head. Nutty, biscuity, bready, chocolaty aroma. Flavor has coffee, nutty notes with tropical fruits kicking in towards finish. Love the coffee/espresso notes here. Long fruity hoppy finish. Strange, the coffee disappears completely after a while. Really tasty stuff, albeit quite different. Body could be fuller.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy orange colour with a medium, light beige, creamy head. Imidiate fruity aroma with, grapefruit, pine, bread, grassy hops and orange. The flavour is dominated by fruity hops with tones of citrus, grapefruit and harpix. Has a slick mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. Fresh, fruity and well-balanced IPA.
