An american pale ale hopped with Columbus & Cascade. Careful amounts of caramel malt gives it a nice balanced maltiness.

Pale ales are best known for pairing with seafood of all types, especially fried seafood or heavily spiced seafood, but this one is also a great thirst quencher or a beer to satisfy your hop cravings.

Sampled at Kristiansand Ølfestival. Practically clear orange body with a nice off-white head. Fine aroma from citric and tropical fruit. Flavor is light pale malt, some caramel malt, nice fruity bitterness. Medium body and nice fruity and bitter aftertaste. Well made, pretty straight forward American pale ale.
