Like fresh powder, it’s a seize-the-moment thing. This year we've chased down the famed Mosaic hop from the amazing John I Haas growers. At harvest, we rush the hops from the vine to our kettles to ensure we capture the purest, juiciest essence of the hop flower in every beer. Enjoy the bright, bold aroma and flavor that comes but once a year.

22oz bomber. Pale yellow-tan body. Big, steady, fluffy, glass-lacing head. Quite a nice fresh hop beer, especially considering the scale they must be doing it on. Fresh, sweet almost honey tinged hop vine tones. Juicy, mild tangerine, blood orange, hints of guava, tropical. Really easy drinking for the ABV, almost comes off medium bodied. Really solid offering.

22 oz bottle poured and very much enjoyed. Pours a super light golden color. Medium piney grapefruit aroma. Lighter sweet hop flavor up front with a more bitter finish. Really tasty, easy drinking fresh hop here. I can’t remember last years for comparison, all I know for sure is that this one is pretty good. Will look into this beer more for sure.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a creamy/foamy white head. Aroma has a lot of mixed fruit. Med body. Flavor is lots of fruit, some tropical, some not. So hoppy, I call dank. Very, very hoppy finish. Delicious.
